At Tennessee Construction Surveying, the mission is simple: to provide local contractors with reliable, accurate construction surveying services at an affordable price without ever compromising on quality or service.
Founded in 2026 by Jonathan Dean, a University of Tennessee graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Class of 2021). Tennessee Construction Surveying is led by a licensed Tennessee Professional Engineer (#131236) with over six years of hands-on industry experience.
Experience includes work with Engineering and Testing Solutions (ETS), Denham-Blythe Company, and Blaine Corporation.
